NTUC members get 50% of what they pay for a Intellisoft Training WSQ course back through UTAP, up to $250 a year, or $500 if you're 40 or above. Combined with SkillsFuture funding, a 2-day course can cost you as little as $75.

Tell us the course and your age group. We'll reply within one working day with your fee after funding and the UTAP amount you can claim back.
How UTAP works
The Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP) is an NTUC membership benefit. After SkillsFuture course fee funding, UTAP pays back 50% of the remaining course fee that you paid yourself, up to your yearly cap:
| NTUC member | UTAP support | Yearly cap |
|---|---|---|
| Below 40 years old | 50% of the unfunded fee | $250 |
| 40 years old and above | 50% of the unfunded fee | $500 |
All our WSQ courses are eligible for UTAP. The cap applies across all your UTAP claims in a year.
What you pay after funding and UTAP
Per person, before GST, assuming you have not used your UTAP cap on other courses this year. Citizens 40+ get 70% course fee funding; others get 50%. Click a course for class dates.
How to claim UTAP
- Make sure you're an NTUC member when the course starts, and that your membership is paid up.
- Register with us as self-sponsored and pay the fee after SkillsFuture funding.
- Attend and pass. You need at least 75% attendance and to pass the assessment.
- Submit your UTAP claim through NTUC's U Portal with your invoice and receipt, which we provide. NTUC reimburses 50% of the fee you paid, up to your cap.
