Will I get hands-on experience during the course?
Yes, this is a very practical and hands on course. We will even provide you with a laptop for use in the class. You can also choose to bring your own laptop if you want. We begin by teaching you how to download the free Python software and get started on your own computer too.
Are the Python classes on weekdays or weekends?
Most runs are on two consecutive weekdays. Saturday runs, on two Saturdays a week apart, are added from time to time. See Course Dates on this page for the current schedule.

No. It is a 2-day classroom course at Fortune Centre, Bugis, so the trainer can help you live as you code.

Do I get a Python certification?
Yes. You receive the WSQ Certificate of Attainment after you pass a 60-minute assessment at the end of the course. Passing the assessment is also needed to qualify for the WSQ grant.
Python course Singapore fees: how much will I pay?
With the 70% WSQ grant you pay S$234 incl. GST. With the 50% grant you pay S$354 incl. GST. Without a grant (foreigners and other pass holders) the fee is S$654 incl. GST. GST is charged on the full S$600 course fee. Singaporeans can then use SkillsFuture Credit on the amount left.
Can I use SkillsFuture for this Python course?
Yes. Singaporeans can use SkillsFuture Credit on top of the WSQ grant. UTAP and SFEC are also accepted.
Can my company sponsor me for this Python course?
Yes. SME-sponsored Singapore Citizens and PRs aged 21 and above, and Singapore Citizens aged 40 and above, get the 70% grant (S$234 incl. GST). Other Citizens and PRs get the 50% grant (S$354 incl. GST). Companies can also use SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) to offset the remaining fee.
