- Using digital tools and methods to organize and interpret feedback data

Module 3: From Feedback to Improvement & Communication
- Mastering the 6 Cs of communication — clarity, conciseness, correctness, completeness, consideration, active listening

SkillsFuture: Individual Singaporeans, aged 25 and above can use their SkillsFuture Credits for this training.
UTAP Funding: NTUC members can use UTAP to offset up to 50% of the remaining fees, subject to the annual UTAP cap*.
