Course Overview

This 2-day classroom Microsoft Project course in Singapore teaches you to plan and track projects with many tasks, resources, deadlines, constraints and tight budgets.

It suits project managers and project team members, including beginners who have never opened Microsoft Project.

You will create a project plan, add tasks, resources, constraints, deadlines and costs, and find the critical path. You will also build reports that track overdue tasks, progress and milestones.

Course Objectives

Understand the key concepts relating to managing projects.
Use Microsoft Project to create a new project and maintain an existing project.
Create and schedule tasks; add project constraints and deadlines.
Assign costs; create and assign resources to tasks.
View the critical path, monitor progress, and reschedule work.
Prepare and print outputs, including charts and reports.

Target Audience

Course Duration: 2 Full Days (Weekday Classes)

Course Timings: 8.45 am – 5.45 pm

Target Audience: Beginners and working professionals are welcome. A project management background helps, but you don’t need one.

Prerequisites: Need to possess the knowledge of basic PC skills.

Certification: Successful trainees will receive the internationally recognized SSG Certificate upon completion of the course and assessment. Students must take a 60 minute online assessment at the end of the course.

Learners’ Profile:

Any learner with a basic proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English can pick up the Microsoft Project.
Secondary education is recommended.
You should be comfortable using a Windows PC. No project management experience is needed.
